We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received
Include all original tags and packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@advancepetmart.com so we can review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods, including pet food and treats
Personalized or custom-made products
Personal care and hygiene products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Clearance, final sale, or discounted items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
